Workshops
“The meeting of two personalities is like the contact of two chemical substances: if there is any reaction, both are transformed.”
— C.G. Jung

At Harmony Healing Journey, workshops and trainings are designed as spaces of learning, reflection, and transformation. Themes include Gestalt principles, emotional resilience, working with the masculine and feminine, holding space, shadow work, ethics, financial independence, and self-regulation.
These sessions are open to anyone seeking reflective practice, professional development, and holistic growth, whether you are a therapist, coach, community leader, or simply someone on a personal journey of discovery.
Workshops offered through the following main themes: Self, Other, and World/work. Get in touch for more details.
- Personal Growth & Self-Discovery: Inner exploration & healing. Step into a deeper awareness of yourself through workshops that blend Gestalt principles, shadow work, and mindfulness practices. These sessions invite reflection, resilience, and creativity — helping you navigate life transitions and reconnect with your authentic voice.
- Relational & Community Skills: Collective & relational growth. Growth is not only personal but shared. These workshops focus on communication, leadership, and systemic awareness — from learning how to hold space, to exploring constellations, to strengthening teams and communities. Ideal for both individuals and organizations seeking collective clarity and stronger connections.
- Practical Life & Professional Skills: Practical application & professional empowerment. Practical does not mean shallow. These trainings address real-world challenges such as financial self-care, sustainable livelihood, and purposeful leadership. Designed for professionals, community leaders, and anyone balancing life and work, they provide grounded tools for independence and long-term wellbeing.
Besides offering public event workshops, these can also be adapted for corporate teams, NGOs, or public sector bodies, and are available in in-person or online formats. Each session is a co-created space where learning is not just taught — it’s lived.
