Family Constellations

Since ancient times, people have looked up to the night sky and found meaning in the stars. Not just for navigation, but for understanding — stories of gods, families, fates, and unresolved tensions were mapped in the heavens. Constellations, in this mythic sense, are not just arrangements of stars, but relational patterns — how one body interacts with another, and what emerges in the space between them.

Systemic Constellation work is much the same — only instead of stars, we look at the invisible patterns shaping our families, relationships, and life dynamics. What may feel like a personal struggle often reveals itself as a systemic entanglement: unresolved grief, ancestral burdens, unspoken loyalties, or roles we unconsciously inherited.

In a constellation session — whether one-to-one or in a group — these dynamics are mapped spatially, using representatives or objects to give form to what is usually hidden. Once the system is seen, something shifts. Often gently, sometimes deeply. What has been stuck begins to move. What was heavy begins to lighten. This is not insight in the cognitive sense — it is a felt understanding that brings the system toward more order, respect, and balance.
